Barbara OConnell

I respectfully oppose this bill and highly recommend representing the entire community including disabled by voting against this bill. Pulling students out of the classrooms with abled students sets a precedent that they are to be sent away and erodes understanding of disabled people’s abilities. One can be disabled in one manner but have amazing skills that others can learn from. It is also unhealthy for the disabled student because they don’t interact with others different from them, it’s unnecessarily isolating. It won’t save money, what saves money is lobbying for trainable prices on school materials not excluding the needs of those children. That’s what I WANT to spend money on. Thank you for your consideration, Barbara O’Connell Brookline NH
