Karen Bemis | Support HB1596

My name is Karen Bemis and I live and vote in Bristol. I SUPPORT this bill which would remove the Medicaid Tax and restore funding to UNH. f we want our children and young people to remain in NH we must support an excellent university. All four of our children went to UNH and got an excellent education and are gainfully employed. It's time to raise the cigarette tax to pay for this bill.
