Using the logic of the sponsors, I can sue the state of New Hampshire if someone bought a bottle of wine from the state liquor store 10 years ago, finally cracked it open, and then ran into me. The person responsible for negative actions can be found in the mirror. Whether it is my mirror in the 99 reference or the drunk's mirror in the other. I'll refrain from directly insulting the intelligence and decision making skills of the sponsors, but this is dumb. Recommend the committee take a nap during the hearing and then recommend ITL.
