Just like HB1046, this is an anti 2A bill wearing a pro 2A mask as introduced. Just like with HB1046, I'd recommend the legislature finds firearms and firearm law savvy folks within the legislature to advise them. Former Representatives Kevin Craig(Lancaster) and JR Hoell(down south) can likely give you pointers on current legislators. To fix this bill and go forward, stop trying to redefine loaded!!! We have a definition within RSA 207:1 XIV-a that most understand and it works. To make this a worthwhile bill to support, simply dumb it down to no hunting from moving planes, trains, & automobiles(movie reference), and etc. Nothing in the USA or NH Bill of Rights references specific infringements based upon how fast a boat is going.
