I oppose this bill as it unjustly punishes property owners and taxpayers. I own a home in which I plan to move to in retirement. For now, I share it with visitors who bring their tourism dollars to this state. I understand that the purpose of this bill is to punish and fine (tax) people out of their own properties. Do better, NH.
