I strongly oppose HB 1338 which restricts abortion providers from the definition of charitable organization for the purposes of games of chance. This impact of this bill on the health of women in NH would be absolutely terrible. Restricting funding for women’s health services is anti-women, anti-children, anti-family. This bill is not in the best interest of NH citizens.
