this is unnecessary, costly, and confusing -- why assume people don't know? It's insulting to the general public to assume we are too stupid to know our own rights we have real challenges in NH such as rising cost of living, shortage of affordable housing, government mandated bigotry towards immigrants and LQBTQ people, access to affordable health insurance for non-retired people, and school funding, to name a few. Please stop wasting time on unnecessary legislation that is petty and assumes the public are ignorant. I am amazed every year at the hundreds of petty bills like this that are proposed, creating a sense of urgency about nonissues and a sense of fear about rights that are under no threat.
