Lawmakers need to stop targeting health care providers and protect fairness, access, and nonprofit independence in New Hampshire. This is yet another way to discriminate against abortion providers. Revenue from these charitable gaming programs supports every aspect of the care we provide. If lawmakers can selectively strip these funds from abortion providers today, what’s next? This bill opens the door to restricting funding for any nonprofit based on politics, not public good. This funding protects healthcare for everyone.
