I oppose this bill because of the following: I live at Yacht Club Vista Condo Association located at 135/136 Weirs Rd. The town of Gilford does not allow us to be a primary resident at this Condo Association. About 4 years ago we requested that this be changed and it was rejected. We are already overpaying in taxes because we can't send our kids to schools, which is where half of the taxes are spent. Since we are not allowed to be a primary resident by the town, then we should NOT be billed additional taxes because of this.
