This bill is adding unnecessary words to an existing statute - kill it and use your time for dealing with real issues. All of the additions proposed to RSA 78-A:3 don't actually change the substance of the law and how it is already implemented in practice, it just duplicates verbiage and definitions already clearly stated in the law.
