As presented, HB 1793 would undermine current policies which prohibit firearms on the UNH campuses. If this policy is undermined, we would be asking campus police officers to make life of death decision regarding whether this is a "good guy with a gun" or a "bad guy with a gun." This legislation will create less safety on campuses.
