There is no need to “study how much special education costs” and then attempt to segregate it with “centralized locations” throughout the state. It is through at least a decade of budget mismanagement that our schools are even in the state they are. Stop funding tax cuts and fully fund education. As someone who was born and raised in New Hampshire, who was born disabled being able to be socialized in everyday school settings with able bodied peers really helped as a huge part of my education. The UGLY laws should not be coming back onto the books sneakily. Tax big businesses and fund special education the way it deserves to be funded.
