I am a small farmer and a beekeeper, and I know too well the dangers that neonicotinoids pose to our pollinators, and therefore to our food supply. These chemicals move through the environment and contaminate soil and water even where they are not specifically applied. Limiting the use of neonicotinoids will help all New Hampshire farmers, consumers and citizens lead healthier lives by helping us grow better-quality food, preserving our pollinators, and keeping the environment cleaner.
