Our short term rental property is contributing to the welfare of the state by providing housing for people who come up to ski, hike, swim and many other recreational activities. Their coming to New Hampshire, provides an income in so many ways! Also, we would not be able to maintain our property year-round if it weren't for renting it to visitors.
