This bill fits into an already established program and obviously more and more moorings will be generated as the lakes populations increase. The increase in mooring fee will be absorbed, and the funds go to a much need program. The pollution threats will continuously increase as the population increases. We know what needs to be done, so please help fud this. I have property on Lake Sunapee and have observed obvious increase in lake temperature and the water is getting cloudier every year. Last year our lake avoided cyanotype outbreaks but there will be more.
