Please vote no on this bill! I have a STR suite that is connected to my home where I live with my family. The suite provides a quiet space for 1-2 people to stay when they come to the area for hiking, or skiing, or just to enjoy our beautiful mountains. My home is not a hotel and should not be categorized as such merely because I am listed on Airbnb. The income from my bedroom suite STR helps us pay for our property tax which has just risen quite a bit. We all know what hotels are and our single family home is not one. Thank you
