Proposed bill HB 1580 is nothing more than an attempt to cripple homeowners. Anyone that would vote for this should be ashamed of themselves What happened to supporting the American Dream? HB 1580 targets part time residents, the same part residents that do NOT put a burden on local school districts but instead contribute to the local tax base and economy. “LIVE FREE OR DIE” not with bills like this.
