This bill fixes the grievous previous act permitting multi-family residential development on commercially zoned land is disruptive to municipality's decision-making for the benefit of inhabitants investment and is fraught with potential health and safely impacts. The commingling erases town boundary structure which is important to effective government infrastructure planning.
