To the Honorable Ways and Means Committee Members, I am writing to express my opposition to HB 1580. My family owns a small vacation property in Sunapee, NH. We support the property by occasional short-term rentals to keep our opportunities for family gatherings and summer recreation affordable. We oppose any surcharges on non-primary residences in vacation communities. Thank you for your support for working families and NH vacation locations.
