As a NH resident who owns a home and vacation property in NH, this bill is infuriating. This bill directly targets people who own second homes. We already pay taxes on these properties and do not use all of the amenities funded by our taxes. This is an unfair and unjustified bill. I vehemently oppose this additional taxation.
