I firmly oppose this bill as it applies addition taxation on owners that use less town resources that full time residents. Non primary residence owners do not send children to school in the non-primary town which is a significant budgetary expense. They already add significant revenue to the tax base being taxes at the same rate as primary residence. This proposal is unfair taxation, with no benefit to those paying the taxes.
