This is a bad bill that selectively targets lakefront homeowners when numerous other members of the public use the public lakes, using boat launches and coming onto the lakes on a daily basis. If funds are needed for cyano bacteria remedication, a broader based fundraising mechanism would be appropriate rather than singling out raft owners. Likely enforcement costs just as much as these fees would bring in.
