This bill proposes a law that should not be determined by a statute. There is no legitimate government need to be involved in banning athletes from participating in college sports. This comes across as an attempt to shame transgender people for their existence and for wanting to participate in the same activities that cis gendered people do everyday. Please listen to the medical expects, and to the students themselves. They have overwhelmingly told you that this bill is not wanted nor needed. The bill will only lead to expensive lawsuits that cost the NH taxpayer substantial money. You need only look at the NH House's recent efforts to create hostile environments for teachers (i.e., the "divisive concepts" law passed as part of the budget after the law itself could not get enough support on its own).
