This bill is an insult to municipalities as much as sponsor Sen Murphy publicly insults NH citizens as "SNOBS" for rebelling against tyrannical centralized state control of land use. Depriving citizens of their communities control of their own town configuration is the worst idea yet in this years array of incredibly bad housing bills.
