I oppose this bill because it is driven by Republican prejudices and fear-mongering rather than an actual problem in the state. In addition to the potential that it could lead to traumatizing and invasive action against students, it would make schools that allow transgender participation targets for presidential payback. Finally, the bill would lead to lawsuits that would be paid for by Granite State taxpayers.
