Dan Grosz

I am strongly opposed to this bill for the following reasons: * Could require invasive verification for any student whose appearance doesn't fit stereotypes * Disrupts participation for students with intersex conditions * Diverts education funding to legal defense and facility modifications * Reinforces harmful gender stereotypes that limit all children * NH Interscholastic Athletic Association already has effective policies * Addresses a "problem" that doesn't exist in New Hampshire We have far more important issues to focus on such as New Hampshire's economy, prices, and affordable housing. Focus on problems that people actually care about!
