The Office of the Child Advocate has concerns with SB 211 relative to biological sex in student athletics, and any bill targeting already vulnerable populations of youth. Such bills have a negative impact on the safety and well-being of children, not to mention their ability to participate in normal and healthy social activities that are important to their success.
