Representatives, I encourage you to oppose SB 211 as originally written, and encourage you to support the March 25, 2025 floor amendment to the bill, which prohibits exclusion of student athletes from participation on female sports teams based upon their status as transgender or non-transgender. Live free or die - there is no data indicating a problem in this area, and New Hampshire's youth should be free to participate in youth sports without unnecessary and discriminatory barriers put in place by the state.
