I work as a ballot clerk in my town, and I have spoken with voters who were practically in tears as they shared how a family member was physically UNABLE to make it to Town Hall to drop off a ballot in person when no other family member could help them with this task. Now, this bill adds another needless hurdle that will strip American citizens who are lame, handicapped, or aged of their right to vote. Please vote against this bill.
