I oppose this bill because it appears to be an obvious attempt to discourage the transition from gas-powered to electric-powered vehicles, especially as it may apply not only to filling/power stations but also to chargers in our own garages. Anything we do to keep our transportation dependent on gasoline will continue to degrade our environment and make Earth less habitable for future generations.
