SB 268 is a harmful anti-trans bill that would would roll back key protections for our transgender neighbors, friends, and family members — and open the door to discrimination in public spaces, including restrooms. I am strongly opposed to this bill and can't understand why our representatives are so intent on targeting a group of people trying to just be true to themselves. Back in 2018, New Hampshire became the first state in the nation to pass gender non-discrimination protections with an entirely Republican-controlled legislature and governor. That was a proud moment for our state. Now? SB 268 threatens to undo that progress. This isn’t who we are. Please oppose this horrendous bill.
