This bill is unenforceable and massive government overreach, which will only lead to legal complaints and costs to taxpayers. Our state motto is "Live Free or Die" but somehow our elected political officials think they are the arbiters of what "biological sex" is, and want to apply their own definition within this context to strip individuals of their rights to participate in local sports, use bathroom facilities, etc. I am disturbed that the legislature is using taxpayer funds for these ridiculous votes that only succeed in making LGBTQ+ citizens feel unwelcome in their state. NH has long been committed to individual freedom, and the extent and scope of these recent bills is very unpopular in this state. You all have been tasked with representing constituents and this is not what the majority of your constituents want, and it is dishonest to claim otherwise.
