As a trans person myself I find this bill to be dangerous. In public, people would assume I am biologically male; I have a beard, deep voice etc. Based on this bill I would be expected to use the women's room; there would be panic and the police would be called. Are you going to have people drop their pants before going into the bathroom to show what genitals someone has before they are allowed in? This is absolutely absurd.
