Expansions to education vouchers are part of a national plan to deplete resources for public schools. By removing income caps and allowing 25% increased enrollment the cost of the expansion will certainly be in the $10s million of dollars likely $70 million in one year. In a budget that CUTS services for the poor (medicaid, family planning) and general community (libraries) giving $70million handouts to people ABOVE the NH median income is unconscionable. Please imagine yourself before a parent whose school children are going to underfunded classrooms with scaled down curriculums and decide whether it's morally right to vote for this bill.
