I am opposed to this bill for a number of reasons. First, it undermines current zoning of towns and the efforts of individuals who reside in ANY town to determine lot size and impacts on budgets. I fail to see that the state of NH would understand completely the needs of each and every town, village, or city with such a poorly conceived bill. I don’t see that this bill would address in ANY way workforce housing, rather it would only make it easier for a developer to maximize profits with little regard for affordability.
