i am strongly opposed to this bill. the following article illustrates many important points much better than i can . https://transequality.org/sites/default/files/docs/resources/Trans-People-Bathroom-Access-July-2016.pdf allowing people to use the bathroom they feel most comfortable with will not hurt anyone and is not a safety risk to anyone. if a man is transitioning into female and is more comfortable to use female bathroom, they will go not in there to hurt a female, they are going in there to use the bathroom. this also applies to woman transitioning to men. this bill will not help protect people. it will allow and make it easier for people to hurt people that they are afraid of or don't understand, and give them more ability to commit hate crimes and abuse to transgender people. vote no on this bill and protect granite staters
