This legislation would harm New Hampshire citizens by denying the right to health care and it is unconscionable to implement it. The unnecessary barrier to health care for those already in desperate need is unconstitutional(according to previous attempts at this type of legislation) at best and cruel at its worst. Please stand with the residents of New Hampshire who are in need of basic human rights and decency by stopping this legislation before it can hurt any one.
