The maximum lot size mandates in this bill are needed to create more lots, and smaller. There are too few lots available now which is driving up the cost of lots that are available. Mandates need to be in line with the requirements of NHDES for septic systems and wells and not requiring larger lot sizes than those required by NHDES.
