SB84 will destroy small rural towns that cannot support this type of scattered, premature and sprawling development. The fiscal impact will be a nightmare. You cannot have cookie cutter zoning imposed on localities as different as Concord and small towns with 1 or 2 thousand citizens. Overriding local governance goes against the best of New Hampshire's tradition of letting the people make their own decisions. Oppose this bill!
