I oppose this bill. The Granite Advantage Health Care Program helps low-wage adults receive health care services from routine checkups and behavioral health care to cancer treatments and emergency care. This bill not only creates unnecessary barriers to essential care and hardship by setting work requirements for low income citizens, but it increases the workload of HHS at a time when your current proposed budget slashes funding and staffing for the department. You are creating impossible situations for both HHS and the NH citizens served by this program. I urge you to kill this bill.
