I know there is a housing problem in NH [some say it is a crisis and it probably is], but mandating the same "one size fits all", zoning laws for every town and city in the state seems completely counter to NH's 200 plus year history of local control. Each town is unique with it's own geography and infrastructure and applying the same laws to every town seems fairly ridiculous.
