Dear Committee Members, I strongly support SB84 as a way of increasing affordable options for homeownership. Buildable land is hard to find and it is expensive. This bill would allow builders to build smaller, more affordable homes by lowering the overall cost of development. I stongly urge you to vote yes an SB 84. Thank you, Lynn Lippitt
