SB 134 is a bad bill--a back door way to save money by denying care to those who need it. The great majority of folks currently receiving this benefit are either working already, in school, caring for family, or disabled. Imposing these prospective work requirements is one of those measures that look good at first glance, but fall apart when you examine the facts in detail, which is what we count on our Reps to do.
