As a real estate attorney in New Hampshire, I feel this bill has numerous unresolved problems that would create chaos for real estate practitioners and the lending industry. I strongly advise against passing this bill in its current form or indeed in the current session. The bill needs work to answer questions that will take months for the courts to try to work out in practice, leaving New Hampshire property owners in limbo while the details are resolved. New Hampshire has survived without this bill becoming law, and it can continue to do until and unless a better thought-out solution is put forward. Thank you.
