As a resident of Candia, which has 3 acre minimum lot size zoning, I belive reduction of lot sizes destroys the will of the residents and their ability to maintain the character of the town they live in. Certain towns would be changed for the worst by over development. This decision needs to be left up to the individual towns to vote on.
