I highly OPPOSE this bill (SB 84) I am a homeowner and have seen many homes constructed in my area for the past thirty years. I do not believe there is a housing shortage in Westmoreland, but the rate of inflation and the cost of buying a home, I believe, is the main issue. Our small rural town should be able to have control of our own zoning laws, because small towns know what is best for their community.
