New Hampshire towns are not “one size fits all” when it comes to zoning. Zoning Boards for each town are currently empowered to curate plans based on what is best for each town and its residents. This bill disregards that set up and opts for a blanket zoning rule that in many cases would be detrimental to town planning. Please oppose this bill.
