New Hampshire is largely rural and this bill imposes a one-size-fits-all mandate that disregards the unique needs of our communities and undermines the ability of local governments to make decisions that best serve their residents and communities. This bill encourages over development and that could damage the very quality that makes New Hampshire special! In addition it could strain public resources, and alter the rural landscape that so many cherish.
