I oppose this Bill because it is a one size fits all approach to the entire State which will severely hurt small towns. Towns, hearing what the State has been requesting, have been working to add housing that keeps in step with the character of the Town. If this bill passes, it could cause large population increases at a rate that both the school systems and the Town infrastructure cannot meet the needs of. It will increase property taxes as well. This Bill, as written, is not in the best interests of the State of NH as a whole. Let the Town's have local control over how to best add growth and housing please!
