I oppose this bill as a short-sighted measure that essentially eliminates the Renewable Energy Fund, in favor of of extremely modest consumer rebates. We should be re-investing in clean, safe, renewable energy while there's still time to mitigate climate disaster. New Hampshire is way behind the rest of New England in its efforts to do this, and things are only going to get worse. Please oppose HB224.
